Just Like Mother's — A Cozy Polish Cafe in Forest Hills:
Just Like Mother's has a real homey, cafe atmosphere, and luckily for us serves a great Polish-American breakfast. Diner favorites are here, but with a twist. There's kielbasa and Krakus ham, and the bacon is cut thick (so order it crispy). The babka french toast is special, but take heed with the fruit pancakes. The berries and plums are served on the side, not cooked in. Bring your mother to Mother's. She'll think it's a real treat.
