Kamouda Misaki Lighthouse (蒲生田岬)

This lighthouse/cape is a destination that is well coupled with a visit the the Funase Onsen. The windy road would be perfect for a motorcycle trip - although my carolla made it just fine. The view from the light house of Ishima island to the left, Honshu straight ahsead, and open ocean to the right is breathtaking (be careful, as this area can get quite windy, and the breath may be rather forcibly given, rather than taken). In season, sea turtles come up onto the beach to lay their eggs. Follow the directions to Funase Onsen, then just keep on going.
