Review: Room Hire: Two rooms from £10 an hour for community groups - £20 for organisations. Photocopying: 10p a sheet. Advice: In partnership with City college they run numeracy and literacy course. Police surgeries. Notes: Would like more help themselves with CRB checks this would enable them to increase volunteers involvement. Would also like free training i.e. Accounts, updating policy and procedures. They do a lot of skill swapping/bartering with other community groups as they have only one paid member of staff. Looking to become part of Neighbourhood Learning Consortium so they can run course themselves. Part of PAC. Part of WEA Family Learning. School access the building a lot. Work on gardening and environmental projects. Happy to be more involved and offer more support to groups if they can get the money and support themselves. community lead organisation.
