Konchi In Temple is famous for its Tsurukame Garden which has an extensive dry landscape style Japanese garden which is designated as one of the "Special Places of Scenic Beauty". Konchi In Temple is also noted for its Toshogu Shrine which has the only example of Gongen style architecture in Kyoto.
