After drafting his paper on a law prohibiting the destruction of nations, races and religious groups. He was supposed to talk in the Madrid Conferece of 1933 but was refused to leave by the Polish Foriegn minster because the Polish were attempting to endear to Hitler. His draft was not well accepted in the League of Nations. He then continued to Lobby for the draft in Budapest, Cairo, Paris and Amsterdam warning the people that just like Armenia, Hilter had the power and the will to kill the entire Jewish population just as he had written in his book Mein Kampf.
