Review: This was the first place I attended after I moved to Rochester. They had all the current, contemporary foreign films I could ever want to see. Still a sentimental favorite to this day.

Description: The Little Theatre is one of Rochester's great treasures. Run as a not-for-profit 501(c)3 film society, there are 5 screens in two separate buildings. The Little 1 is housed in a 1929 art deco theatre. In addition, the Little has a café where live music by talented local musicians can be heard 5 days a week. Tthe café has art exhibits, and even good food, making it a gathering place for folks who may not even be coming to see a movie. In addtion, the Little hosts film festivals, talkbacks, and educational programs. Oh! And I forgot to mention the films! Great films.
