Buildings on the 19 acre City Hall Campus were designed and located to retain the trees and natural vegetation and to protect the small stream that runs through the property. City Administration moved into the City Hall in 1971. The campus includes Administration buildings, Library, Fire Station, Recreation Center. The City Hall building underwent a $1.5 million renovation in 2009 which included a new state of the art transportation center. The Recreation Center $25 million renovation is due to be completed early in 2011.
