Detectives have charged a 28-year-old North Cairns man following an investigation into the burglary of a Sheridan Street residence on March 15. It is alleged the man forced entry to the residence before stealing computer gaming equipment and a digital camera. He was yesterday charged with burglary and is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on April 1.
