A 29-year-old Parramatta Park man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later today following his arrest in the CBD yesterday. It is alleged the man was carrying an implement similar to a cane knife which had been hidden under his shift. He was charged with unlawful possession of a knife in public as well as other matters.
