Man charged after failing to leave licenced premises, Port Douglas

A 43 year-old Craiglie man was yesterday charged with disorderly conduct on a licenced premises and refusing to leave a licenced premises after Port Douglas police were called to Reef Street hotel late last night. It is alleged that the man was causing a disturbance at the location, threatening staff and refusing to leave. The man will appear at the Mossman Magistrates Court on the 2nd of February.
