A 26-year-old Cairns man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on February 17 after he was arrested in possession of a stolen station wagon. The man was allegedly located with the stolen vehicle on Lake Morris Road at Kanimbla shortly after 6am on Wednesday morning. The vehicle had been allegedly stolen from a Bungalow residence on Tuesday afternoon. The man was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
