olice arrested a 25-year-old Brinsmead man after he was spotted by police allegedly preparing drug material in the front yard of a property in Pease Street yesterday. Police were conducting routine patrols around 9.40am when they spotted the man. The man was charged with possessing a dangerous drug and is due to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court on July 8.
