Man charged over Manunda break and enters

A 19-year-old Manoora man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on November 5 following his arrest early on Wednesday morning. It is alleged the man forced entry to two separate business premises at around 2.15am and stole computer equipment and foodstuffs. Police allegedly located the man hiding in long grass in a nearby vacant allotment. He was charged with two counts of breaking and entering premises and stealing.
