ooktown police have charged a 46-year-old Cooktown man following investigations into a number a sexual offences in Cooktown between May 21 and July 5. The man allegedly used a mobile phone to film up the skirts of a number of women without their knowledge. The man was charged with nine counts of recording in breach of privacy. He is scheduled to appear at the Cooktown Magistrates Court on August 3.
