A 32-year-old Rock Point man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly ran from police on January 4. Police were investigating an incident of wilful damage that occurred at a School Road address between December 29 and January 4. When police went to speak to the man about the incident he allegedly fled. Mossman police yesterday arrested the man who was charged with the wilful damage of the School Street house where he allegedly placed seafood scraps in an around an air conditioner and the veranda of the residence. The man will face the Mossman Magistrates Court on March 3 charged with two counts of wilful damage and obstructing police.
