Man injured in traffic crash at Kewarra Beach

mithfield Police were called to a single vehicle traffic crash at about 6.15pm yesterday at the Kewarra Beach roundabout on the Captain Cook Highway. A 40-year-old Kewarra Beach man received arm and head injuries when his northbound Holden utility crashed whilst he attempting to negotiate the roundabout. The man was transported to the Cairns Base Hospital for treatment and police are awaiting the results of a blood specimen.
