Due to the Traffic nightmare here and lack of pedistrain bridges across Loop 410 connecting the Neighborhood of Lackland Terrace to the stores on the other side. It forces cyclist and pedistrains to cross underneath Marbach Rd. I witness an Accident here when I was here last time in March 2010
