* § 11-107. Indecent exposure.
A person convicted of indecent exposure is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.


* The law in Maryland was changed in 2002 and is unclear and difficult to define being Common Law but what is clear is that indecent exposure is a misdemeanor and is defined as showing the genitals. It is also stated that it is "not an infamous crime nor one of moral turpitude".
