Men charged over Edmonton assault

Detectives from Edmonton and Cairns Criminal Investigation Branch have charged three Gordonvale men aged 18, 19 and 20 as a result of an assault that is alleged to have occurred at a Talisman Close address at about 8.15pm on Friday evening. It is alleged that the three assaulted two men aged 20 and 44 years, outside the address. The three have been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm whilst in company and are due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later today.
