Merge with exiting Pike traffic

This is a very difficult merge because of two lanes from the highway merging with two-plus local lanes, and the total lack of visibility due to the fence until the very last moment. Add to that the fact that the right side of Stuart St. is very rough and full of potholes. Avoiding the right lane entirely tends to be the only way to avoid getting killed here.
