PTOC map by Dick Luckerman. The last time I ran there, I felt like the vegetation is getting a bit out of date. In particular, there is a big area in the center of the map that is mixed yellows/greens and can be tricky to make sense of. In that area, you need to pay extra attention to holding contact. Overall, the contours are ok.
The park gets a lot of use by horses -- so the condition of the trails can be awful.
Here is something strange...On the Google map, the park is called "Monkey Mountain Natl Park" -- at first I thought "Natl" must mean national, but I'm guessing it means "natural." I'm fairly sure the park is run by Jackson County.
