A 30-year-old Woree man was arrested yesterday after he was intercepted by police riding a moped on Grafton Street, Cairns City at around 2.15am. Police will allege the man returned a breath alcohol reading of .229%. The man was charged with drink driving (UIL), unlicenced driving and driving an unregistered vehicle. He is due to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court on the April 7.
