If coming out of New Prague, right where 19 turns South, there is a little bypass that allows you to get to 86 when going North on 19, and there’s a park n ride right there too. It’s a short road, maybe 300 feet or more, but you have to drive on the shoulder to get by the big holes, and just last week, they put up signs saying bump ahead. The entire road needs to be redone, or at least a few loads of gravel, as you can easily bottom out on the holes.
