1. North Korea is reported to have begun the cnstruction of weapons of mass destruction in 1985. 2. Don't think siz of arsenal is known, but they ave only had one successful test so far (in 2006) 3. Did not sigh nuclear non proliferation treaty. 4. Did not sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty either.
