After August of 1947,ambitions were launched to exploit their own natural resources, in an effort to create weapons. India has between 20-65 nuclear warheads, and 75% of them are already resembled. Though they have enough supplies (Plutonium) to create between 390 and 470. India is not a signatory of the Non-Proliferation treaty, because it restricts legal possessions of those who previously had nuclear weapons. They also have been criticized for blocking the test ban treaty which had been negotiated for 2 years. India believes in Peaceful Nuclear Explosions, which they stand behind to test their weapons.
