Cairns police have charged a 22-year-old Atherton woman with one count of obstruct police. It is alleged police were called to another matter in Grafton Street, Cairns at about 3am today and were conducting investigations when the woman has attempted to interfere with the investigation and wrestled with the police officer. She will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on November 23.
