The offence occurred at about 1.45am after entry was forced to the main bar area of the premises and a quantity of liquor allegedly stolen. Subsequent police inquiries in the vicinity led officers to a Chester Court unit where they located a group of people in possession of a quantity of liquor that had allegedly been stolen from the tavern. Two 15-year-old girls and men aged 17; 20 and 29 were charged with entering a premise and committing an indictable offence.
