Old Town Cafe

We ended up here after passing up the Fish Fry and Free Concert on the pier. I wanted to eat Fish and chips at the pier, but the majority of our group wasn't having it.

We got to Old Town Cafe at around 11:30AM, so there was a mix of patrons eating up breakfast and lunch. The meal portions are huge.

This place is great cause they tried to accommodate my order.

I asked the host if they had Fish and Chips he said, "Yes".
Turns out they didn't. Instead of telling me "Sorry we don't have it", the cooks improvised and came up with Shrimp and Chips.

Out waitress said, "I hope you're as stoked as us. It looks good".

The meal was good. Decent amount of medium sized shrimp (8), and a small entourage of popcorn shrimp (20), served on a bed of lettuce and a side of fries. And a tasty cocktail sauce. Hit the Fish Fry Spot.

The kicker is they only charged me $8.95. It would have been easily a $11 dollar plate anywhere else. Put it on the menu Old Town Cafe - call it the "Yelper and Fries".

Cool staffers with a really laid back, "we aim to please" vibe.

Our waitress said, "we aim to please". But they would've left the drama in the kitchen not next to the customers.
