One-way streets in lower Northside

Category: Contra-flow accommodations needed (one-way streets problematic for bikes)

Used in the following map:

Pittsburgh Bike Route Plan

There are a lot of one-way streets in the lower Northside (Manchester, Central N'Side, East Allegheny, Allegheny West, California-Kirkbride) that cause problems when riding. A number of these are one-way in one direction, then one way in the opposite direction a block later (Beech, Liverpool, and Alpine are examples), which pushes bicyclists on the major roads (North, Western, Federal) which feel less safe.
