Ordway and Connecticut

This intersection is the worst on Connecticut Ave. the biggest problem is the exit from the Park and Shop, the service road and the intersection of Ordway and Conn. There is no getting around this intersection as there is with Porter and conn (metro underpass), so it is bad on the east side of the street. This and Macomb are the only intersections that require one to make two crossings. Because the east strip has most of the shops and restaurants, it gets a lot of traffic. How about using a barn dance at this intersection?
