A beautiful old movie palace, with a couple screens, that has been a successful, functioning arthouse theater for quite some time. Its screens may tend toward the commerical sometimes (showing, e.g., "Angels & Demons"), but has a history of showing great arthouse fare of all kinds (e.g., the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" movie, the Robert Downey, Jr.
"Ricard III").
