Our Picnic Spot by Christy

In this community, Cristy doesn't really have a place to hang out, but She always goes to hang out in Manhattan, N.Y., which is in the Riverside Park, I think on 140 something street and Riverside. In this park, there's a baseball field, people play soccer or football here. There's a seafood court near the dock and a stage. There's a good view of the George Washington Bridge to the North. On the west, you see New Jersey. And to the South, there's a view of Downtown Manhattan, of all the boats, and all of the West side. Here, she comes here with her family for a picnic or have a B-B-Q with everybody. Here, her friends, little brother and cousins get to play a lot of games, look for rocks or sea shells in the mini beach. Or also go to the dock on top and look at New Jersey across the water and try and catch a fish or fishes. Then, in the end, we always play Manhunt or Hide-and-Seek in the area. We always eat hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, ribs, seafood (maybe) and eat ice-cream or, drink sodas or something. Then we say bye to everyone and plan the second b-b-q for the next summer.
