Review: My favorite restaurant is Owens’ Restaurant located at MP 16 ½ in Nags Head. There is never a bad meal at Owens; they start you out with a cheese crock and crackers, then generous portions from appetizers to main entrees to satisfy even the hardiest appetites. Their menu is extensive offering everything from seafood to prime rib. No matter how many times you dine there, each meal outdoes the last one.
