A 48-year-old man has also has his licence immediately suspended after he was allegedly caught driving with a breath alcohol concentration of .259 on Bucas Court at Mooroobool around 5.00 Saturday afternoon. The man was charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor or a drug (UIL), driving unaccompanied on a learner’s driver’s licence and failing to display “L” plates. He is scheduled to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court on the July 27.
