Free informational materials and guidance will be offered throughout our launch weekend (Friday-Sunday, Oct 19-21, noon-5 PM), as the Panhandle becomes ground central for Open Skies.

Refuel with scrumptious refreshments. Reflect on the scope of Open Skies. Connect with friends and family. And share your dreams and ideas with Team COCA, all-ages community members, and our important city visitors.
