Pig's Eye Potholes

In St Paul, Pig's Eye Lake Road is riddled with potholes. Along this road is two railroad locations and the St Paul Wood Chip plant. The Wood Chip Plant generates a large number of semi trucks daily along this road. The truck traffic alone creates a problem when meeting. at one section of road it is one lane due to the potholes. I don't know what can be done. Someone is going to get into a accident sooner or later its just a matter of time.
Maybe some one could look at the road and or drive is any day of the week to see the problem?
