Pinch with Incline stairs

Sidewalk severely pinched by incline stairs. Not the best interactions between tourists coming up the stairs and bicyclists trying to go by on the sidewalk. There is about 2 feet of clearance. Also, the transit stop occupies the sidewalk, with no clearance to ride around it.

The entire section from the end of the Ft. Pitt Bridge access ramp to the Station Square entrance needs upgraded.
