A 29-year-old Bentley Park man was also charged with driving under the influence of liquor after he was intercepted in Sheridan Street at about 2.35am on Saturday. The man allegedly returned a breath alcohol reading of 0.203% and is scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later this month.
