Police hunt armed robbery offender, Cairns

Detectives are continuing their investigations into an armed robbery that occurred at a Westcourt bank shortly before midday yesterday. Police wish to speak to a man who is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged about 35-40 years, approximately 183cm tall with a thin build. He has a fair complexion and at the time of the robbery was wearing a green hat with a red stripe around the crown, a grey polo shirt, well worn blue jeans and dark coloured sandals. He was also carrying a beige coloured bag. Police believe the man entered and exited the shopping centre complex from the Brown Street side.
