Police investigate sudden death at Woree

Detectives are continuing investigations into the death of a 43-year-old woman that occurred at Woree early on Wednesday morning. Police were called to a Mulgrave Road unit just after 1am after the woman had been located with a significant wound to her arm. She was transported to the Cairns Base Hospital however was pronounced dead a short time later.
