Saturday evening a little 5 lb. black poodle with a tiny bit of white hair on his chest pulled out of his collar and ran away. This dog is a foster/rescue and is afraid of strangers. He was last seen in the River Oaks development between Rt. 144, the Monocacy River, and Pine Clift Park. Please call 301-606-7071 if you see this little dog. This dog has only a microchip for identification. There is a reward offered for his return.
