Bus driver pulls into the bike lane without signaling or ever checking for cyclists. On this particular occasion, I was riding in the bike lane when I was overtaken by the bus. I noticed that the driver was creeping into the bike lane, so I dropped back. Just as I cleared the bus, the driver swerved into the bike lane as if to pick up passengers before he realized that he was stopping too early. While he was pulling back out into the traffic lane, the traffic light just ahead of him turned red, but he ran it anyway, making pedestrians in the cross walk scatter to avoid getting hit. I called the bus company (the number was on the back of the bus). The operator took my contact information, promising a manager's involvement, but nobody ever called me back.
