FFA members planted seeds into environmentally friendly containers, grew them in the FFA greenhouse, and then delivered them to the elderly so that they could have mini gardens, a healthier diet, and intergenerational communication.  FFA members visited with each senior citizen to determine the types of vegetables that they would like to have. Each senior citizen received a potted garden that contained the vegetables requested.
