Category: Hot Springs-no information

Used in the following map:

C/O Hiking & Soaking in the Western U.S. & Canada

GPS GeoCoords: 47.576367,-123.647823

There have been unconfirmed reports of a small 100F hot spring near the headwaters of the Quinalt River. The water supposedly flows from a rock fissure and contains some sulphur. The flow is supposed to be about 5 gpm. it is a long hike and not guaranteed that you will find anything (look for gray or dark green algae, a common sign of a hot spring).

Directions: From Hoquiam take US 101 north for 43 miles. In the Amanda Park area turn off at Lake Quinault. Take North Shore Road all the way in and past the Ranger Station and a little bit more to the end of the road. This is where you start looking.
