RFK Greenway Improvements

Category: 7. Where you would ride if there were a bicycle facility (e.g. bike lane)

The roads along the Greenway are 3 lanes at some point! 1 lane should be ceded to bikes, and where there is just 2 lanes have a sharing arrow. There's no bikes allowed on the Greenway nor the sidewalks, forcing people to compete with cars who think they're on a highway!
