River Dippers began in 1979, as a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing information about public locations in central and northern California where people may swim or sunbathe free of clothing (or with whatever attire they wish) without hassles. In addition the club facilitates social gatherings hosted by member volunteers.
River Dippers welcome all who share our open enjoyment of sun, breeze, water, and good people in natural, outdoor settings, without the necessity of clothing. We are affiliated with the national naturist organization, The Naturist Society.
