This three bedroom, three bath townhouse is located on beautiful 8th hole of River Run Golf Club!!! Downstairs Master has a Queen bed, and chair and a half that pulls out into a twin bed. The Master Bathroom has a tub, separate shower, and double sink, and slider to a screened in porch. The second bedroom on the first floor has 2 twin beds and it's own bathroom with tub/shower and single sink. Upstairs master has 2 double beds, and sliders that lead to upstairs deck overlooking the 8th hole. Upstairs bathroom has shower/tub combination with double sinks. Upstairs loft has 2 twins, and shares the bathroom with the other bedroom. There are 5 TV's, one in each bedroom and a large TV/VCR in the living room. Living room/dining room combination with sliders that lead to patio. Patio has table and chairs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably.Washer and dryer on the first floor. Separate garage to store golf clubs. Pool and tennis courts are available to guests. One time $80 cleaning fee for unit applies to stays of one and two nights. Call for details.
