Augustin Bizimungu: Arrested
Bizimungu was the Chief Staff of the Rwandan Army. Bizimungu stated that if the Rwandan Patriotic Front attacked again, he would exterminate every Tutsi is his division. Bizimungu is also held responsible for the distribution of weapons to both soldiers and private citizens. He is also responsible for knowing the actions of his militiamen and doing nothing to stop them. Bizimungu was arrested on August 12, 2002 in Luena, Angola. BO+IS
