I live of this street and I ride it often. It has a key location that would make it a great place for a bicycle boulevard. Something needs to be done to slow traffic currently there is no shoulder and it floods. That said it connects the Tezel/Prue area to Farris Stadium/1604 and Hausman area/ Igo LIbrary/FM1560. If a boulevard connection was made with the Bandera/Prue area to the Ferris Stadium area this area would speed cyclist heading to 1604 from the Bandera Road area (inside 1604).
