This National HIstorical Park is located southeast of Friday Harbor, about six-miles. The prairies and hiking trails of american camp offer a great view of the local flora and fauna. There are eighteen varieties of Raptors that live in the park, and many birders consider American camp one of the best bird-watching areas in the world.
